Do I need experience with Qigong?

No. The AMMAH Membership welcomes both complete beginners and long-time practitioners. Classes are guided in a way that lets you move at the depth and pace that feel right for your body. You’ll receive simple orientation and clear cues.

Do I need any equipment?

No, all you need is some space to move around (the same as what you would need for a yoga class) and clothes you can move in.

What does the 1-month minimum commitment mean?

The monthly AMMAH Membership is a 1-month minimum so your system has time to actually feel the effects of steady practice. You’re committing to stay for at least 1 cycle.

Can I cancel after 1 month?

Yes. After your initial 1-month commitment, you can cancel before your next renewal. There are no surprise fees or complicated processes — you’ll receive clear instructions on how to adjust or end your membership when you’re ready.

Are replays included?

Yes. Each live class includes access to a replay for 7 days. This allows you to revisit a class if you miss it live or want to deepen into a particular sequence, while still keeping the practice current rather than building an endless archive.

Can non-members join any classes?

Non-members can join the Free Monday Qi Gong Class. The ongoing studio rhythm, additional weekly classes, replays, and community space are reserved for Amahh Members so the container stays clear and focused.

What if I miss a live class?

The membership exists so if you miss a class, you can practice with the replay during the 7-day window. There’s no punishment or pressure to attend every session — the studio is here as a supportive rhythm you can lean into, not a scorecard to keep up with.
